Systeme.io Review and Tutorial

In today’s video I’m going to do a system me review and tutorial if you watched my last video, you probably heard me mention this great software called Systeme. Now I’ve got the chance to play with it and look around with it, and I thought I would show you what I found so, let’s kind of go through this. First of all, I want to answer the question. What is Systeme Systeme spelled. S-Y-S-T-E-M-E is an all-in-one platform for your online business now.

What do I mean by that? Systemate is 6001. You have your sales, funnel your email marketing, a place for your online courses, a website builder, an affiliate program, manager and marketing automation. A lot of people compare it with click funnels. It is very similar.

It has all the tools that you need in one place and they all work together. So you don’t have to worry about. Will this work with that? It’S an all-in-one system. You can create sales funnels.

You can do all your email marketing. You can set up your entire website. Besides doing the sales funnels email marketing, it also allows you to do things like business automation, evergreen, webinars, sell products, sell online courses and even blogging, creating your sales funnel and system e lets. You replace Kartra click, funnels Kajabi and Leadpages. Setting up your email in here lets you replace things like Mailchimp, Activecampaign or Convertkit.

Building your website directly in Systeme lets you replace a Wordpress site, Kartra, Kajabi or even a Squarespace. Managing your affiliates in here lets you replace things like click funnels or impact, creating your online courses in here. Let you replace things like Thinkific, teachable, podia and all the other tutorials that i have on my channel and automating your marketing here. Lets you replace things. Like click funnels and Zapier, now one thing you should know about this is because this is an all-in-one.

It does not integrate with anything else. So if you plan on using this with an email system, you already have that’s not going to work and probably one of the most awesome things about it. Is they offer a free account free forever? No credit card required. Yes, I just said free.

If you’ve ever looked into using click funnels, you know it offers a lot of the same features. The difference is click funnels starts at $97 a month and that’s just the starting. Now I mentioned that system is free, but they also have paid plans and you’re going to have different things in each plan. So, let’s take a look at what goes in the different plans, I’m going to start out by going down the free and let you know what you need to upgrade to the next plan. They start off with free and then the startup is $27 a month.

The webinar is $49 a month and the enterprise is $97 a month. That’s less than click funnels. You can also save 30 percent by buying it by the year. So in the free plan, you’re going to get a thousand contacts. Unlimited emails, three sales funnels only three ten final steps — in other words, you’ve got three funnels.

You can go ten down, you get one blog, it has unlimited blog posts, one membership site, unlimited file, storage, space, unlimited membership site members, and only one automation rule that one would kind of be a deal breaker. For me, you get one workflow one tag and some of these aren’t going to make any sense to you until you get into the back side and see what they are but I’ll go ahead and continue down. You get one email campaign, one click upsells! You get one order, bump one: a b testing and one coupon code on all of these. You get stripe integration, PayPal, integration.

You can run your own affiliate program and you get 24–7 email support with the free plan, you’re not going to get a custom domain and you won’t get the evergreen webinars. You won’t get free migration and you won’t get the one-on-one kickstart coaching session. Now, if you’re. Looking for the evergreen webinars, you get 10 in this plan here. Let me scroll up, and that is a properly named d webinar plan.

So for $47 a month you could have up to 10 evergreen webinars that are sending people through your online funnel now. While I was digging around this, I also found something else: they have something called launch kit. It’s jump start your online business with the launch kit and in this they’re going to give you two high, converting funnels and two email sequences. Now, when you put in your email address, it is going to charge you seven dollars for this, but having two high converting funnels and two email sequences totally worth seven dollars, I’m going to drop a link to this down below so that you can take a look At it before i get too much farther, i do want to let you know that I went ahead and signed up for an affiliate with Systeme. This is what you’re going to see you’re going to end up in a dashboard. It looks very underwhelming at the moment, but we have a lot of drop down menus and that can get pretty confusing pretty quick. So let me run through all this.

Just to give you a heads up on where you are and what you’re doing like I said this is not a simple learning management system that does just one thing. This is a full online business package. It replaces all the other stuff. So if you ever want to upgrade your account, you can of course hit this very first button at the top here. The second one drop down is a dashboard.

We are on the main dashboard right now. You can also go to your affiliate dashboard and a marketplace where they sell other products under contacts. You have contacts and tags under contacts. This is where you can create any contacts. You just hit, create contact and you can put in all the contact information there.

You can also hit import contacts and it gives you instructions on how to import contacts. You can do that with a csv file in the contacts section it lets you filter people by email, first name last name and on down, and you can save the filters. Any saved filters will be then under this tab. This next section here is where you build out your funnels and that’s basically just giving you a view of the customer journey you can see which funnels are active, inactive or all the funnels you can search through your funnels and to create a funnel. You just click, create when you’re creating a new funnel.

You give it a name, and you pick on what you want to do. Do you want to build an audience, sell a product, build a custom funnel from scratch or run an evergreen webinar and, as I mentioned before, to use this one you’re going to need to be on the webinar plan. Let’s say I want to build an audience. Let’s just call this demo for lack of original names, click build audience, make sure it’s on us dollars, because I’m in the us and hit create the first thing it’s going to give me the option to do is put in a squeeze page. Its’s got a lot of templates and I can just pick any one of these.

You can preview them by hitting the preview button or select to pick it. The tabs across the top of the funnels, have to do with automation, rules a b testing. You can check your stats and you can see your cells, so this is the way you can also go in and look at each of your funnels and see how each part is doing now. Let’s say I just go ahead and pick this one now it will. Let me put in a name and the URL path.

You can actually edit the last part of it right here now, I’m not going to do a full tutorial on how to build out an entire funnel. If you want to see that video put a comment down below and i will see how much interest there is in that, but let me get on to showing you more about the software. The next section up here is called emails. This is where you can do your newsletter, your campaign and look at your statistics to get started. You can just click on newsletter now to create a newsletter.

You just go up here: hit create newsletter, it has a subject line, sender, name, sender, email address and they have a couple templates in here. You can use the visual editor or use the classic editor and hit create. Now I’m going to go ahead and close that and hit campaigns. Campaigns is also an email except it’s an automated sequence. If you’ve ever seen my video on how to build an automated email sequence course, it’s basically the same thing you hit, create, create a name for your campaign and a description and then save campaign.

You’ll then make several emails to go in a row and when somebody signs up for the first one, then it’ll go through the entire list. Now, just remember that on the free program you only get one email campaign. So if you plan on building a lot of automated email campaigns, you’re definitely going to need to go up to the paid program. When you hit statistics under email, it’ll tell you how many emails went out the average percentages of open etc. The same as you would see.

If you are using Mailchimp, Convertkit or any other email marketing system, the next section is for blogs. If you want to create blogs inside of Systeme, you just hit create blog, you name, it put the blog domain, a URL path, and they only have one style of blog right now. This is still a young company and they’re still working on this. So, there’s a lot more coming out every day. The next section is automation.

That’s where you set up your rules and your workflows. You can set them up by adding them pretty similar to all the other ones, and there are several trigger types tag added tag removed enrolled in your course enrolled in a course bundle new sale, email, clicked link. So those are some examples of some triggers that you could use to make automations. Now, let’s look at the products and sales, and this is a big one. Here: we’ve got physical products, coupons orders transactions subscriptions, affiliate invoices courses course bundles students and my affiliate program.

How to automate your business and how to create membership sites he’s already taken the time to make all this available for you for free. When you sign up that’s another one of the reasons I’m not digging through all.

This is because he’s already done that for me, his tutorials are going to cover most of this if there’s something that he doesn’t cover feel free to drop a question below and maybe I’ll make a video on that depending on the interest. Now, let’s go into the settings up here the icon up here, which should be a picture of me, but I haven’t uploaded one yet click up there and you have my plan again. That’s how you can get to my plan from anywhere and see what plane you’re on, let’s jump on that real, quick and you can see. I am on the free plan. I can change from monthly to annual by clicking the slide bar here.

Also up at the top is where you go to change your password and you go into settings now. This is where it gets good. I haven’t filled out anything so far, except my email, so we’ve got first name last name phone number address city country, yada, yada, all that kind of stuff. If you have a company, you click company and you’re, able to put in your company name and the EU that number under account settings is where you can change your sub domain. I went ahead and changed mine to the online course resource, because that’s my website, and so it’s onlinecourseresource.system.io, make sure you change your time zone.

This was set for somewhere in the EU and I had to change it. Your date format and your time format. Next is the payment gateways, you can connect with stripe and you can connect with PayPal.

Next is your mailing settings? You can set up for double opt-in, sender, name, sender, name, address and test your email address. Next? Is the membership settings that’s where you can put in a photo and the instructor name, I’m not going to dig too much into the membership of this. That’s a whole other video next is your payment setting page.

This is where you set up your default currency. This is important: they’re automatically going to charge vat taxes to customers on the payment page. So if you don’t want to charge vat taxes, you need to click that you need to click your default currency and they’ve already set up a terms and conditions for you here that you can just fill in the blank or you can cut and paste your own Terms and conditions, you also have sales, funnel settings, affiliate program, settings, custom, domains, affiliate, commission, payment settings, notification, settings and another place to change your password.
